"We recently established in the area, and we decided to select David Correll as our agent based on reviews and over the phone very pleasant interactions with the staff in the office. When we have called to ask questions or request modifications to our policies the team has been just absolutely wonderful at answering all of our questions and when they don’t know the answer, they are transparent about it and reach back to you in a timely manner to discuss their findings. This was already a great sign, to say the least but when we walked into our home to find a bursting pipe and water just flooding all over our living room and kitchen nothing had prepared us for that. In a rush of panic, we called the office to get guidance as to how to proceed forward after manually shutting off the water at our home. I spoke to David and Nadya, in a conference call where both of them guided me as what to do, offered me options and went over my coverages. David himself, even offered to drive to our home to assist us as Nadya e-mailed me with a list of contacts that I could personally reach out to, to solve our problem. Days after our situation, David remained in contact with us to check in us and make sure we were okay. I honestly cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation for David and Nadya, considering my husband and I are new homeowners and we are literally clueless at some of these things. David is the most caring agent I’ve ever met, and I say that with confidence because I have worked with many State Farm agents before but none has been as caring as David.
